Welcome to Eternal Nikah’s Terms & Conditions. Eternal Nikah's aim is to help the community in finding life partner easily for their dear ones or themselves. Eternal Nikah is an online portal www.eternalnikah.com developed to help members find profiles easily as per their desired criteria. Members can search/ view profiles by themselves through the portal. Profiles registered here are uploaded in our portal for easy navigation.

Terms of Use

Members can shortlist profiles start sending Interest, exchange photos directly by contact the profiles directly online without paying any fees.

Once they want to contact any profile they need to subscribe to any one of the membership plans. Each membership plan has a validity and shall be applicable from the date of subscription.

Membership fee once paid is Non-refundable.

By registering with Eternal Nikah or if the registration is done to your prior consent, Member agrees to authorize Eternal Nikah Matrimonial Consultant to use their profile data to forward to other members with sole intention of finding appropriate alliance and thus members also agree they don’t have any objection in sharing their profile details through any online/ offline channels, until the membership period or a suitable alliance is found. We take guarantee to protect your sensitive data.

After registering your profile, it is important for members to verify their email id and thus it will give confidence to other members that your profile is genuine.

Members should maintain confidentiality of other member’s profiles and contact details shared with them. If found guilty of sharing details, their membership shall be terminated immediately and membership fee will not be refunded.

It is mandatory that all member should provide genuine details during registration about their profiles. We in Eternal Nikah do not authenticate or cross check details of members, hence we will not be responsible about any member’s profile details. It is responsibility of individual member to verify from your side before finalizing the alliance.
 

Members agree before registration that they shall always be respectful with the Eternal Nikah’s management and any kind of misconduct by the member shall lead to cancellation of membership without refund.

Once alliance is found by a member through Eternal Nikah or other source, member shall inform Eternal Nikah about it, therefore we will delete the Profile and shall not share with others.
